IPMA-Canadas National Human Resource Management (HRM) Certificate recognizes successful completion of credit level human resource management courses from recognized and accredited public educational institutions across Canada. IPMA-Canada's National HRM Certificate consists of ten (10) educational competencies - five (5) core and five (5) elective. Please refer to the documents noted below for more detailed information on this program.
To fulfill the requirements for the IPMA-Canada National HRM Certificate Program, members must have successfully completed ten (10) credit level HRM/HR courses from a public post-secondary institution(s) that satisfied the aims and topics of the corresponding educational competence and four (4) of the courses must have been completed within two (2) years prior to the date of application. If you have completed credit courses at any public post secondary institution not listed then please forward a detailed course outline to the IPMA-Canada National Office for assessment and/or approval.
